Day 5 Sept 8 - Le Havre - Paris

Today we arrived in Le Havre, France. We signed up for a "panoramic drive about Paris and a sightseeing Seine River Cruise. It was a long drive from Le Havre to Paris. Approx. 3 hours each way. It seemed to go by fast though with all the new scenery to look at.
I decided to add a challenge to this entry.
"Name that Paris building or structure"
Who can be the first to identify the following pictures?
Ok - enough of that. Below is Le Arc De Triomphe

These are the boats we took for our sightseeing cruise on the Seine. The food was not my idea of appetizing. I believe it was Fois Gras. (Duck liver - Ew!) Even my mom had difficulty trying to eat it. The boat did have live musicians that performed the entire cruise down the Seine and back. We had a table to ourselves right next to the windows which was nice for sightseeing but the sun was beating in on us making it pretty hot and miserable.

There seemed to be motorcycles and scooters everywhere.
I want to try one of these bikes with the two front wheels.

Inside the Galeries Lafayette. The roof had this awesome dome.
